Motorola to Acquire Good Technology

Good TechnologyMotorola has been acquired Ood Technology, the push e-mail mobile software company, for an undisclosed amount. Previously, Motorola uses mobile messaging software from Good. And now, Motorola give choice to they costumers between connect or Good software on a Motorola Windows Mobile device.

It’s compromising that RIM and Motorola seems primed for titanic clash with given Big Mama Moto (a traditional ordinary-costumer company). It seems to be encroaching on RIM’s corporate customer with device like the Q Pro while the Canadian enterprise focused friends are coming straight at John Q. The deal will be expect in 2007 and gives the Feds approve and all that jazz.
