Suggest a phone with homebrew mp3 ringtones?

I am working on getting my first cellphone. Looking at the possibleplans, it looks like a t-mobile prepaid plan will work best for me.(Just need it to coordinate daycare pickups) I understand that anyphone that uses gsm will work. My only other requirement, then, isthat it *must* allow me to create my own custom mp3 ringtones andupload…
