phonebook help please, phone or sim??

I have just bought V3i and having been used to nokia’s foryears I want to know if there is a way that I can simply choose to viewthe address book from either my Sim or the Phone’s memory. ATM thereseems to be duplicates from both in the address book. I would preferto view just the phone’s memory version.I can’t find any help in the manual…
